About Us
The studio focuses on designing environments for everyday life, exploring the relationship between structure, space, and daily use – from urban concept to architectural detail. Its work is rooted in an understanding of place, its character, and long-term context.
The collaboration between Ondruch, Františák, and Schwab began in 2020. Following several successes in architectural competitions, the architecture and urban design studio ofschem architekti was officially established.
The team brings together architects, urban designers, landscape architects, and other specialists who collaborate on projects from concept to completion. The studio approaches architecture as a tool for thoughtful development, linking spatial logic, functionality, and quality of execution with the economic and operational requirements of each project.
Based on experience from architectural competitions and work for public and private clients, the studio develops projects through open dialogue with investors, municipalities, authorities and contractors. Collaboration is seen as a core value and the shared process as the foundation of quality architecture.
